Nano Vitis Method is absorbable P(LA / CL) monofilament twisted pair threads without barbs. Monofilament is undyed. Absorption occurs by hydrolysis. The threads are replaced by a fibrous bridle which forms due to threads and gradual liberation of microscopic quantities of Lactic acid.

The Nano Vitis suture untwists within 10 to 15 days and thus increases in volume by 2.5-3 times by dividing in to two sutures and maintaining space between them to prevent tissue ptosis. Such construction can push the wrinkles from the inside with the required forces enable to elevate ptotic soft tissues of mimically active zones, armoring of subcutaneous tissues, strengthen loose tissues and as a result provide rejuvenated effect, as a minimally invasive method of thread lifting. Visible esthetic effect is observed during 1-1,5 year. The procedure might be held in ambulatory, using local anesthetics. Rehabilitation lasts about 5-6 days. Removable Needle Attachment.
