Omegamedix Ltd., was founded as a “sister company”, owned and managed by Ilan Karbassi and Orit Kaufman, to import and distribute Medical and Cosmetic devices. Omegamedix continues to service the aesthetic medical and cosmetic market with several business lines which were transferred from Alphamedix, such as dermal fillers, instruments for use in medical and cosmetic clinics, medical peels and products for use in the cosmetic clinics and others.
