First patient : Male patient 75 y.o who complains deep folds and wrinkles on the face as well expressed anterior platyasmal band. The plan for the procedure is to undermine and dissect wrinkles and folds with aptos wire method with platysma band cutting to slow down muscle activities. 

Second petient: 32 Y.O lady who underwent liposculpture 1 years ago in different clinic, after 5 month from primary operation she experienced depressions on the buttock after lipofilling, we undermined depressed areas and applied additional fat for creation of nice shape of the buttocks, today’s plan is to undermine rest of the depressed and irregular areas on the buttock.
