The thread with regular barbs, is attached with press process from both sides to the two needles, which are jointed with pressed connection and have one sharp point. After sticking it into the required depth such needle is separated into two, each of which then with its own thread passes through hypodermic tissues in the necessary direction. The thread has hydrophobic surface and opposing bidirectional barbs situated along the entire length, which help to adhere to tissue underneath the skin. This method is easy in execution, safe, and does not leave scars.
