Visage Excellence Method contains 10 pcs P(LA / CL) opposing multidirectional barbs situated along the entire length, which help to adhere to tissue underneath the skin. The threads are placed inside the needle 20G x 150mm. Beside is put the needle 23Gx80mm for infiltration and 18Gx40mm for puncture out. The threads are replaced by a fibrous bridle which forms due to threads and gradual liberation of microscopic quantities of Lactic acid. The threads have specific barbs arrangement.
