Body Excellence Method contains 15 pcs P(LA / CL) opposing multidirectional barbs situated along the entire length, which help to adhere to tissue underneath the skin. The threads are placed outside the needle 19G x 200mm. Beside it is put the needle 18G x 40mm for puncture out. The threads are replaced by a fibrous bridle which forms due to threads and gradual liberation of microscopic quantities of Lactic acid. The threads have specific barbs arrangement.
