Sole Rhinoplasty contains 5 pcs P(LA / CL) opposing multidirectional barbs situated along the entire length, which help to adhere to tissue underneath the skin. The threads are placed inside the needle 20G x 120mm. Beside it is put the needle 23Gx80mm for infiltration, 18Gx40mm for puncture out and 30Gx13mm for anesthesia. The threads are replaced by a fibrous bridle which forms due to threads and gradual liberation of microscopic quantities of Lactic acid. The threads have specific barbs arrangement.
